Fresh Ice Cream : One of our famous product, with -30 degree Celsius freezing, will frozen all liquid in 3 minutes, make it stiff, hard, but no slab-by. Than Ready to serve.

Production Process
  1. Crystal powder, mix with water.
  2. Add fruit, biscuit or jam 
  3. Pour liquid dough on the freezing circle pan
  4. After 3 minutes, it becomes hard and roll it
  5. Add garnish / topping
  6. Ready to serve.

(2014)The Cappello’s Doughnut Ice Cream Sandwich, provide fine Doughnuts with various topping of Ice Cream Sandwich and take away service concept. The shop features a simple booth of variously “topping” based on honoured recipes from DonKing Potato Doughnut Company before. The booth features a single origin Doughnuts with no preservatives, fresh (serve fresh  Doughnut every day) made with new  Doughnut Machine Auto Robot standardisation for customer satisfaction in tasty & hygienic food. 

(2014-Now)The Cappello’s Fresh Fry Ice Cream Roll, the most best seller of our product, which it frozen with -30 degree below of Celsius, so it will freeze the ice cream before 5 minutes, make it hard but not slabby, then rolled up, ready to serve, why fresh ice cream? because we are the first FRESH – served ice cream by the job order,  only produce one ice cream per customer (others do mass production while producing, that takes about 2-3 weeks or 2-3 months) so the milk is fresh, just 5 minutes service, then eat, no preservatives, like no others, never before.
